The Combat Circuit classes are designed to enhance your physicality and get you in the best shape. This program are functional approach to Core Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Stability, while achieving self defense skills.
Students will get to strike heavy bags using combative strikes in realistic combinations to get a solid workout. As well as reinforce combative techniques taught in the official style of fighting in Thailand known as “Muay Boran”. Kickboxing and Boxing are elements that will be improved in classes which are both challenging and enjoyable.
Training will incorporate several types of exercises that will assist in maximizing your full potential.
No martial arts experience is required as basic techniques will be taught in class. These classes are good for people at all levels; from those who just want to be more active and get in shape, to top level professional athletes looking to push their performance to a new level.
