We’re excited to announce our GET FIT CHALLENGE!
A high energy martial arts based workout improves coordination and builds self confidence whilst burning high calories for a leaner, toned body. No previous fitness level or experience required. You just need to be motivated and dedicated. All we ask is your full commitment to the program for the 6 weeks and then reap the benefits by seeing real results. With each class being 1 hour long. You will be led by our staff of enthusiastic coaches all the while being in a fun, upbeat atmosphere. SPACE IS LIMITED – so apply today!
6 Weeks long of investing in yourself for a leaner, toned body. COME ON! YOU CAN DO THIS!!
ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
- Must be willing to attend at least 3 classes per week. Each class will be one hour long.
- Must enjoy working in a group environment.
- Must be willing to take before and after photos and measurements.
- Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is brutal. We need challengers who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of their hard work.

$250 of investment in yourself (About $10 per day for toned body and getting back in shape)
